There has been a disruption in the release of preferential drugs in the Primorsky Territory due to a hacker attack, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Health of the Primorsky Territory in their telegram channel.
The hackers were able to breach the information system of the regional warehouse responsible for the release of preferential drugs owned by the company “Pharmacia”. Despite having a high-level multi-stage protection system, the data security was violated. As a result, the ministry’s access to the system has been limited and they can only manually provide a partial issuance of urgently necessary drugs. Consequently, the vacation of preferential drugs has been temporarily halted.
The Ministry of Health of the region is taking all necessary measures to restore the system quickly and ensure that the needy residents of the Primorsky Territory receive their medicines.
