The criminal case of Ilya Sachkov, the founder of leading international cybersecurity company Group-IB (now F.A.S.S.T.T.), has begun in the Moscow City Court on July 6, behind closed doors. Sachkov, represented by his lawyers Ruslan Koblev and Sergey Afanasyev, denied the charges brought against him after the prosecutor Milan Digaev presented the indictment.
According to the lawyers, Sachkov stated, “I did not plead guilty. He expressed an attitude to the prosecution, he will refute.”
Prior to this, Sachkov released a video where he claimed that the head of the FSB, QIB, was involved in his persecution.
