The startup Humane, founded by former Apple employees, is set to unveil new details about its AI-based device called “Humane Ai PIN.” The presentation of this gadget will coincide with the observation of a solar eclipse on October 14, according to Imran Chaudhri, the co-founder of the company. Chaudhri made this announcement in a video posted on Humane’s official Discord channel.
The “Humane Ai PIN” device is being marketed as a smartphone replacement. During a demonstration at a TED conference, Chaudhri showcased how the device, when attached to a jacket, enables users to make calls, speak phrases translated into French using AI, and access messages and events without the need for a smartphone.
“An incredible celestial event is expected to occur in October – an eclipse,” stated Chaudhri. “The eclipse holds great symbolic significance for us, signifying a new spiritual beginning. The whole world pays attention to it and feels united. We are eagerly anticipating this special moment on that day.”
Co-founder Betani Bongjorno added, “We are also excited to see people on the streets using the device that we have created.”
These notable announcements raise multiple questions about the “Ai PIN,” and hopefully, we will get answers to these queries on October 14th.
