The Dutch non-profit organization for the protection of data, Stichting Data Bescherming Nederland (SDBN), has initiated legal proceedings against X, a popular online platform used for publishing public messages and communication with other users. With a large global audience, X is consistently ranked among the top 10 most visited sites.
The reason behind the lawsuit is X’s repeated infringement of legislation, leading to the platform being banned in the territory of the Russian Federation.
