Took place the release of the distribution manjaro linux 23.0, built on the basis of Arch Linux and oriented to beginner users. The distribution is notable for the presence of a simplified and user-friendly installation process, supporting the automatic determination of the equipment and installing the necessary drivers.
Manjaro supplies in the form of a Live assembly with the graphic environments KDE (3.7 GB), gnome (3.5 GB) and XFCE (3.5 GB). Additionally, with the participation of the community, assemblies with budgie, cinnamon, deepin, lxde, lxqt, mate, and i3 are developed.
To manage the repositories in Manjaro, the own Boxit tools designed in the GIT image are used. The repository is maintained on the principle of continuous inclusion of updates (Rolling), but new versions undergo an additional stage of stabilization. In addition to its own repository, there is support for the use of Aur (arch user repository). The distribution is equipped with a graphic installer and a graphic interface for setting up the system.

- KDE-based editors were updated to KDE Plasma 5.27 and KDE Gear 23.08. New features include expanded capabilities of the mosaic windows of windows, revamped configurator, a module for configuring the powers of Flatpak packets, redesigned screens layout widget, continued Wayland protocol support, and hiding temporary files and backup copies in the Dolphin file manager.
