By the end of the year, NASA is actively involved in several projects focused on scientific discovery, aeronautics, astronautics, planetary research, space technologies, and education. Notable among these are the Apollo missions, which successfully transported the first humans to the moon; Voyager, which extensively studied the outer planets of our solar system; Hubble, renowned for capturing groundbreaking images of distant galaxies; and the International Space Station (ISS), an advanced international orbital laboratory.
In addition to its own initiatives, NASA collaborates with various space agencies worldwide, including the European Space Agency (ESA), Roscosmos, the Chinese National Space Administration (CNSA), among others. NASA’s overarching objective is to augment mankind’s understanding of the Universe and apply this knowledge for the betterment of humanity.
