September 1 in the Soviet district of Gomel (Belarus) will begin a criminal proceedings against Arseniy Eliseev, the Administrator of the Canal Anonymous Russia, administrator which is associated with the Killnet network.
An 18-year-old suspect, Arseny, who is a resident of Gomel and previously studied at school No. 52, will face charges for illegal actions in relation to information (part 1 and 2 of Article 203-1 of the Criminal Code) and the distribution of knowingly false messages about the danger (part 1 of Article 340 of the Criminal Code). The detailed specifics of the case have not been disclosed yet.
The information regarding Eliseev’s detention was revealed on April 15 earlier this year. It emerged when channels linked to the pro-Russian Khalllnet hacker network broadcasted a message stating that the administrator of the Anonymous Russia channel, known by the pseudonym Mr. Raty, had been apprehended by law enforcement agencies.
Currently, Arseny remains in custody at the Gomel investigative insulator.
