The Fedora project is celebrating its 20th anniversary since the release of its first project on November 6, 2003, as published. The project was established as a result of the division of the Red Hat Linux distribution company into two separate projects. This division gave birth to the Fedora Linux community and the commercially-driven Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Fedora Linux has been dedicated to the continuous development of new Linux technologies, early adoption of groundbreaking innovations, and a shorter development cycle to swiftly deliver new significant updates to its users. Over the past two decades, Fedora has remained at the forefront of the Linux community, pushing boundaries and driving advancements in open-source software.
