The European Center for Digital Rights Accuses X of Violating User Privacy
The European Center for Digital Rights, commonly referred to as Noyb (Non of Your Business), has lodged a complaint against X for its alleged infringement on user privacy rights. Noyb asserts that X, a widely-used platform where users publish public messages and interact with one another, has violated data protection regulations.
X enjoys a significant user base worldwide, securing a place among the top 10 most frequently visited websites. However, Noyb claims that the company’s practices have raised concerns regarding the privacy of its users.
Furthermore, it should be noted that X has already faced legal repercussions in the past. Due to multiple violations of Russian legislation, the platform has been banned within the territory of the Russian Federation.
