Wi-Fi 7: The Next Breakthrough in Wireless Communication
Network innovations were not long in coming: Wi-Fi 7, expected at the beginning of 2024, promises a significant breakthrough in the speed and stability of the connection compared to the current Wi-Fi 6 standard. This technology promises to turn over the ideas about wireless communication.

Wi-Fi 7 also increases the data transfer rate by 20% by updating from 1024 QAM to 4K QAM. An additional bonus is the improved stability of the compound, which is especially relevant for virtual and augmented reality applications.
Intel plans to release a PC that supports Wi-Fi 7, already next year, waiting for the widespread technology by 2025. Qualcomm also highly assesses the prospects of the new standard, including it in its FastConnect program along with 5G.
Manufacturers, such as NetGear, TP-Link, ASUS, Amazon and Gigabyte, are already using the Wi-Fi 7 Black Specifications. Amazon has released the ERO Max 7 router at a maximum speed of 4.3 Gbit/s, and Gigabyte introduced the PCIE-adapter To update desktop PC to Wi-Fi 7 at a speed of up to 5.8 Gb/s.
