Service Provider M1Cloud Stack Group will be hosting two open online events on March 22 and 29 at 12:00. The events are titled “How Disaster Recovery saves IT and business in the era of increased risks. Experience of companies: All tools.ru., Faberlik, Adv Group, Action.” Representatives from large businesses will participate in the events.
Disaster Recovery, also known as emergency recovery, is a process that enables rapid restoration of IT infrastructure and applications in case of failures. The events will focus on approaches to designing Disaster Recovery solutions, with best-practice examples from different business areas, practical moments for starting DR, and ways to solve problems.
The program for March 22 includes an introductory word from Vladimir Lebedev, Director for Development of Business Stack Group and M1Cloud. Alexey Ryakhovsky, IT Director at ADV Group, will talk about the experience of an individual approach to designing Disaster Recovery solutions. Meanwhile, Alexey Shkirmanovsky, Technical Director of All-Commercies.ru, will discuss how they ensure the continuity of critical applications in online hypermarkets.ru. Alexander Bokov, head of the Research and Development Department at Stack Group and M1Cloud, will provide an overview of tools and their features for organizing DR solutions in 2023. The program will end with a question-answer session.

Valery Kaplenko, Director of the IT Department at Faberlic, will talk about how they ensure the continuity of critical applications in Faberlik. Dmitry Kyrkhlarov, Head of the IT Infrastructure Department at “Action,” will discuss key elements and approaches in the construction of catastrophic-resistant architecture. Alexander Bokov, head of the Research and Development Department at Stack Group and M1Cloud, will also provide a review of tools and their features for organizing DR solutions in 2023. The program will end with a question-response session.
