FFF: Florence Hardouin seized defender of rights to challenge disciplinary procedure targeting it

The French Football Federation (FFF) undergoes a new jolt. In their observations addressed on February 13 to the General Inspectorate of Education, Sport and Research (IGESR), as part of the audit carried out at the FFF since October 2022, M es mathieu and TEMIME indicated, in substance, that M Hardouin would have been the victim, for several years, of alleged facts of moral and sexual harassment on the part of the president of the “3F” , Christmas Le Graët. The latter denies these allegations. Aimed by an investigation by the Paris prosecutor’s office for “moral and sexual harassment”, Mr. Le Graët could announce his resignation at the next meeting of the FFF executive committee, February 28.

The lawyers of M me Hardouin denounced to the gesr the “lower, humiliating and sexist words of Mr. Le Graët, his sexist or sexual insults, his repeated reflections on his Physics, but also his inappropriate and intimidating behavior, often related to excessive alcoholism (…) but also multiple invitations to more than inappropriate dinner and recurring questions about his intimate and private life “.

“Alert donor status”

“In essence, M hardouin being an employee of the FFF [since 2008], the fact that she has reported acts of harassment, criminal reprehensible, within the framework of the execution of His employment contract gives him the status of alert donor, in accordance with articles L.1152-2 and L.1153-2 of the Labor Code, develop M es Mathieu and TEMIME. Director General of the FFF since 2013, in conflict with her superior, M Hardouin believes that her layoff is the consequence of the content of his hearing, on January 10, by the inspectors of the gesr. The Hardouin camp assures that, that day, the director general would, in addition to the alleged actions of Mr. Le Graët, mentioned “a context of generalized sexual violence at the FFF”.
