According to more and more Microsoft customers over the past day, Outlook mailboxes are full of spam for users, since spam-filters of email are currently not working.
Outlook users around the world are divided on social networks, as well as on the website of Microsoft communities that even letters from the senders who were manually marked as spam still fall into the general “incoming” folder and clog the mailbox.
“I got 36 spam in my mailbox in the last 2 hours. This happens for too long, and the situation continues to deteriorate every hour,” – said one user.
It is reported that manual reconfiguration of filters in the settings does not eliminate this problem. This indicates that at the moment the system filtration system is completely “broken”.
Although today the problem of filtering unwanted mail in Outlook seems especially serious and affects a huge number of users, this has been going on for several months. And some generally report that many spamis are in their mailbox at least from November 2021.
Microsoft has not yet published a public statement confirming Outlook users that spam filters are not working. Let’s hope that by the time the press release is released, the problem will already be eliminated.
