The Central Bank allowed the creation of a unified centralized database about financial scammers, TASS reports.
The head of the regulator Elvira Nabiullina at the Ural Forum “Cybersecurity in Finance” said that a unified centralized database can be created as part of the Financial Council of Russia.
“This is an infrastructure of data exchange between banks, which will make it better to establish an antifrodic system,” the head of the Central Bank explained.
According to Nibiullina, the creation of a single database will help accelerate the exchange of information between financial institutions.
In this case, the speed with which solutions will be processed is the most important criterion in the fight against fraudulent schemes, the head of the Central Bank emphasized.
