This is a first setback for the government on pension reform. The National Assembly rejected, Tuesday, February 14, article 2 of the text, providing for the establishment of an index in a company to combat unemployment for seniors.

The amendment intended to impose additional constraints on companies in the implementation of the senior index. The LR group has spoken out against it, and the Horizons allied group of the majority has shared, which did not harvest enough votes in support of the measure.
Voted or not, Friday at midnight Friday, the pension reform will have finished its career at first reading in the Assembly and will leave in the Senate, under the controversial procedure retained by the government.
