The head of the Renaissance deputies reproaches France insoumitted its “systematic obstruction” on the pension reform project studied by the National Assembly until February 17.

By its attitude to the National Assembly in the debates on pension reform, rebellious France “unrolls the red carpet on the far right”, accused Sunday February 12 the patron of Renaissance Aurore Bergé.
The deputy of Yvelines again denounced in the Journal du Dimanche (JDD) “systematic obstruction” practiced by the movement of Jean-Luc Mélenchon, at the origin of some 13,000 amendments against the government’s project. “Thousands are identical. Others ridicule the National Assembly (…) It is not worthy of the parliamentary debate. We want to go to the end of the text and debate article 7”, which postpones the Legal retirement age, she said.
Questioned on the rebellious deputy Thomas Portes, excluded for 15 days from the assembly after a controversial tweet targeting the Minister of Labor Olivier Dussopt, Aurore Bergé believes that “a CAP” has been crossed. “By doing so, (the rebellious) degrade the image of parliamentarians and unroll the red carpet on the far right. It is a highway for the national rally: they just have to say anything to appear respectable.”
“Continue to demonstrate the need for reform”
In the aftermath of a renewed mobilization in the street against the very controversial government project, the leader of Renaissance deputies encamps on its positions, ensuring that “must continue to demonstrate the need for reform”.
As for a possible blocking of the country from March 7, Aurore Bergé believes that “unions are aware that they are not in your interest in taking this path”.
“I think we can find a majority in the Assembly and the Senate,” she adds. Currently arrested in article 2, out of the 20 in the text, the deputies still have some 16,000 amendments to study until the deadline of February 17.
