Before its transmission to the Senate, the examination of the text in its entirety will not fail to feed the obstruction trial that the presidential camp already does on the left. The Coalition NUPES particularly pounds article 7, devoted to the postponement of the legal age of departure at 64, decreed as non -negotiable by the Prime Minister, Elisabeth Borne.

Review clause

In total, rebellious France (LFI) has deposited nearly 13,000 amendments, ecologists 2,300, socialists 1,400 and Communists 1,160. The reform examination calendar is constrained by the legislative vehicle chosen by the government: a corporate corporate of social security (PLFSSR).

There are more than two hundred amendments to deputies of the National Rally (RN), who fight the postponement of the legal age and want to debate the arduousness and measures for the birth rate. In the majority, elected Renaissance has deposited more than four hundred amendments, horizons and the MoDem eighty each. The latter also claims, too, a review clause in 2027 and measures for women.

After the parliamentary break from February 20 to 26, the upper chamber dominated by the right will examine the text adopted by the National Assembly, or failing this the initial text of the government, modified by the amendments that the Assembly will have had time to vote and to which the executive is favorable.
