A former police officer and a gang leader in Marseille narcobanditism will share the same defendant’s same bench in the coming months. Investigating judge Antoine Derieux signed, Thursday, January 26, an order referring to the Criminal Court of Marseille Christophe Boutry, 36, for corruption by person depositary of the public authority. Under the pseudonym of “Haurus”, this former DGSI agent was monitoring the Dark Net information on people, drawn from administrative and police files. This trade has already earned him, in November 2021, a sentence to five years by the Versailles Court of Appeal before which the ex-functionary had explained that he had acted by the gain.

A distinct Marseille component had been opened in the fall of 2019, an analysis of the information sold by the police officer and settled in cryptocurrency showing that a large part of them had failed in the hands of members of narcobanditism. The research targeted thugs – and their entourage – several of which had been murdered sometimes very shortly after the delivery by Christophe Boutry of “Doxx”. These information files could contain information on their address provided to a court to benefit from judicial control, photographs, elements of geolocation of their phone …

One of the murders had thus been committed in Aix-en-Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône), on October 17, 2018, before the penitentiary insertion and probation service where the victim was summoned for the installation of ‘An electronic bracelet. The latest information provided on this man went back to mid-June. 2> “I feel foreign to the facts”

Besides the former police officer, five other people are sent back to court. In his prescription that MO12345LEMONDE was able to consult, the judge Derieux evokes “a chain of data transmission” through several intermediaries including the main Christophe Nadotti, an inmate, communicated with the policeman under the pseudonym “CCVGOLD”. The magistrate considers that the sponsor of “doxx” would be Pascal Gomez-Galeote, known as “Doli” which he presents as the leader of the Marignane team, a band of criminals involved in the waves of settling of accounts that bloody the cities Marseillaises since 2010 and would be at the head of several points of sale of narcotics from the Marseille city.

In the encrypted PGP phone assigned by investigators to Pascal Gomez-Galeote, files and photographs have been discovered, identical in all respects to those sold by Haurus. Fifty of eighty -six identities “doxxed” at the request of Christophe Nadotti concerned opponents of the Marignane band and, from February 2018 -Date of the assassination of his leader Tonio Martinez and a split -, Team members who have seceded.
