In a recent development, the software and hardware complex (PAK) PT ngfw has been officially entered into the section of packs of the register of Russian software of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation. This registration includes components such as MNGT-1000, MNGT-5000, and LOG-1000 control system which are part of the PT NGFW, a new generation inter-grid screen developed by Positive Technologies.
Being added to the register allows the use of this complex in organizations that are restricted in the use of foreign equipment. The plan is to include the entire model range of PT NGFW, which comprises seven devices with capacities ranging from 100 Mbps to 300 Gbit/s, by the end of 2024.
PT NGFW hardware platforms have been specifically designed to meet the requirements of Positive Technologies and are manufactured in Russian factories. These platforms utilize a network platform based on 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable and DDR5 SDRAM RAM.
