Nitrux 3.7.0 Released With NX Desktop Environment

The distribution Nitrux 3.7.0 has been released, built on the DEBIAN package base, KDE technologies, and the initialization system openrc. The project features its own desktop nx desktop, which is a superstructure over KDE Plasma. The distribution is developed based on the maui library and offers typical user applications that can be used on desktop systems and mobile devices. Additional applications can be installed using a system of self-sufficient Appimages packages. The size of the complete ISO image for loading is 3.2 GB, and the projects are distributed under free licenses on GitHub.

The NX Desktop desktop offers a unique design style, system tray implementation, notification output center, and various plasmoids for network connections, volume control, and multimedia playback.
