4Mlinux has released version 47.0, a minimalist user distribution that is not derived from other projects and utilizes a graphic environment based on the JWM window manager. This distribution can function as a Live CD for multimedia playback, problem-solving, system recovery after failures, and as a platform for launching LAMP servers.

In the new version:
- Added support for the 4mlinux installation on KVM virtual block devices (/DEV/VDA1).
- Updated versions of packages including Mesa 24.1.5, Wine 9.21, Busybox 1.36.1, Perl 5.38.2, Python 2.7.18, Python 3.12.5, and Ruby 3.3.4.
- Updated user applications such as Libreoffice 24.8, Abiword 3.0.5, Gimp 2.10.38, Gnumeric 1.1.12.57, Firefox 133.0, Thunderbird 128.5, Audacious 4.4.2, VLC 3.0.0.21, and SMPLAYER 24.5.0.
