Latest Finnix Update: Version 250 Released
More than 600 packages with all kinds of utilities are included in the latest Finnix release. The ISO image size is 528 Mb, which can be downloaded here.
In the new version:
- The package base is synchronized with the Debian Testing repository as of March 13.
- Linux kernel has been updated to version 6.12.
- The package util-linux-extra has been added.
- Reiserfsprogs and Reiser4Progs packages have been removed due to the discontinuation of Linux kernel support.
- Stability of SSH-Agent has been improved.
- Initramfs loading image now supports specific carriers.
- The HTOP utility now works more efficiently on systems with a large number of processor cores.
