The SDL3Lite project is focused on reconstructing the SDL3 library and operating systems while ensuring compatibility with the SDL3 at the API level. Currently, SDL3Lite offers limited functionality but already supports operation in Linux from Debian 3 onwards and in Windows from Windows 95. System requirements include support for Opengl 1.0 for the graphic API and Opengl 1.2 for 2D scenes. The author has plans to incorporate support for Windows 3.1 and MS-DOS in future updates. The code base is written in C++ and is distributed under the BSL (Boost Software License).
