China Integrates Deepseek AI Into State Apparatus

In China, officials

This is the first time that Chinese officials were officially offered to use a specific AI model when making decisions. However, earlier the central government has already recommended the use of artificial intelligence in the concept of “smart cities”, promoted by the chairman of China Xi Jinping.

In addition to public administration, Deepseek is also introduced into education. Since the beginning of the spring semester, several Universities in China began to use the R1 model in curricula.

Deepseek, based in Hangzhou, has made a real breakthrough in the AI industry in recent months. She introduced two advanced models – a large -scale language model V3 and the output model R1. These technologies are comparable in terms of capabilities with Openai and Google solutions, but require much lower training costs.

Against the backdrop of the rapid growth of the popularity of DEPSEEK, its founder Liang Wanfen was invited to a meeting with the chairman of Xi Jinping, where the support of the private sector and technological companies was discussed.

However, the rapid spread of Deepseek caused concern in a number of countries. The governments of the USA, Italy, Australia and South Korea banned its use in state structures. In South Korea, the application was even removed from stores.

Despite this, China continues to actively develop national and technologies, relying on independence from Western companies and the integration of artificial intelligence into all spheres of life.
