Firefox 132.0.2 corrective release is now available, in which several problems were addressed:
- A fix was implemented to correct an issue that caused sudden crashes during certain actions in the Network monitor panel within web developer tools. This issue occurred when collapsing the panel while monitoring network activity for a specific site, such as X.com.
- Errors related to playing encrypted multimedia content from streaming services utilizing Widevine L3 DRM protection were resolved.
- The value of the setting dom.push.maxRecentMessageIDsPerSubscription was increased from 10 to 100. This enhancement allows for caching more push message IDs to improve duplicate detection efficiency and reduce the frequency of repeated PUSH notifications.
- An issue causing crashes when attempting to print certain websites, such as outok.Office.com, through the system print dialog (when the parameter Print.prefer_system_dialog is set) was fixed.
- Emergency crashes using Microsoft SSO on the MacOS platform were also resolved.
