The fan-made project Outertale has released its source code, offering a unique twist on the popular game Undertale. Outertale reimagines the original game’s story within the vast reaches of outer space.
Developed with cross-platform capabilities, Outertale is available for Linux, Windows, MacOS, and Android, in addition to a web version for browsers. The game features scenes stored in JSON files, with the game engine crafted in Typescript and distributed under the ISC license. Some versions of the game utilize the Electron framework.
