Outwiker 3.3 Note-Taking Program Launched

Publishing a new stable version of the note-taking tool Outwiker 3.3 has been announced. Outwiker stores notes in the form of catalogs with text files, allowing users to attach an arbitrary number of files to each note. Users can write notes using various notations such as HTML, Vika, and Markdown (with the corresponding plugin installed). Furthermore, plugins can be used to add features like placing LaTeX formulas on Vika pages and inserting code blocks with syntax highlighting for different programming languages. The program is developed in Python with a WxPython interface, and is distributed under the GPLV3 license. Outwiker is available for Linux (SNAP and Flatpak) and Windows platforms.
