Millett claims that NVIDIA has benefited from it and other Content creators, violating federal laws. The lawsuit states that the company without the permission of the authors collected materials from YouTube to build a new video model based on the received data. According to the investigation, NVIDIA employees collected video from YouTube using virtual machines on the Amazon Web Services platform to avoid blocking the IP addresses for data collection.
