Google and the leading IT companies united AI (cosai). The initiative is aimed at eliminating the risk of AI by providing access to open methodologies, frameworks and tools.

Cosai includes such leading companies as Amazon, Anthropic, Chaininguard, Cisco, Cohere, Genlab, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Nvidia, Openai, PayPal and Wiz. The coalition will work under the auspices of Oasis Open, the International Consortium on standards and open source code.
Cosai plans to focus on three main tasks:
- Safety of the AI-system supply chain: this includes ensuring the safety for AI at all stages of its creation and processing. Recommendations will be provided for the management of third -party models and the complete analysis of the origin of AI applications based on the principles of security ssdf and slsa for classic software.
- Preparation of defenders for a changing landscape landscape: this includes the development of a structure for defenders, which helps to determine investments and methods for mitigating risks associated with the use of AI. The coalition will also cooperate with such organizations as Frontier Model Forum, Partnership on ai, Open Source Security Foundation and Ml Commons to promote responsible AI
