Oracle published the corrective release of the virtualization system VirtualBox 7.0.20, which includes 8 corrections:
- In addition to hosts and guest systems based on Linux, initial support for packages with the Linux kernel supplied in RHEL 9.5 and openSUSE 15.6.
- For guest systems, the issue with extra lines being added when copying text through a shared clipboard between Windows and graphic environments based on the X11 protocol has been resolved.
- New Microsoft certificates are now used for downloading in UEFI Secure Boot for new virtual machines.
- The problem with displaying the clock for guest OS based on Windows has been fixed.
- In MacOS hosts, the issue with AB-devices in a virtual machine has been addressed.
- Sound recording problems when using HDA emulation after rebooting new guest systems with Windows 10 and 11 have been resolved.
- Mutual blocking in the implementation of USB OHCI, which occurred while maintaining the current state of a virtual machine or creating a snapshot, has been fixed.
