Debian 10 “Buster” Moved from Main Mirrors
Debian 10 “Buster” has been moved to the archive as of now, signaling that the distribution will soon no longer be available through the main network of mirrors. The removal of Debian 10 from mirrors for architectures without LTS support is expected to occur in mid-April.
The release of Debian 10 was initially launched on July 7, 2019, and received regular support until September 2022. Continuing under the Long Term Support (LTS) cycle, updates for Debian 10 will be provided for the i386, AMD64, ARMHF, and ARM64 architectures until June 30, 2024. In addition to standard LTS support, Debian has introduced an “extended LTS program“, focusing on releasing updates to resolve vulnerabilities in a specific set of packages for the AMD64 architecture of Debian 10. The EXTENDED LTS support for Debian 10 will be maintained in a separate repository until June 30, 2029.
