Specialists from Kroll, in an interview with BleepingComputer, revealed that the North Korean hacker group Kimsuky is leveraging a Screenconnect vulnerability to distribute a new dangerous variant of Toddleshark malware.
This vulnerability allows the hackers to bypass access restrictions and gain unauthorized access to confidential data. They can read and sometimes even modify files that are usually restricted.
