Buddies of Budgie, the organization responsible for overseeing the development of the project following its separation from the Solus distribution, has published the latest version of Budgie, version 10.9.0. Budgie is a user environment formed by separate components, including the desktop environment Budgie Desktop, the set of pictograms Budgie Desktop View, the Interface for Setting the System Budgie Control Center (a fork of Gnome Control Center), and the screensaver script Budgie Screensaver (a fork of Gnome-screensaver).
