MX Linux 23.2 Released: A Lightweight Distribution Resulting from Antix and Mepis Collaboration
MX Linux 23.2 has been published, marking the release of a lightweight distribution created through collaborative efforts from the communities formed around the Antix and Mepis. The new release is based on the Debian package base with enhancements from the Antix project and packages from its own repository. The distribution utilizes the sysvinit initialization system and incorporates its own tools for system configuration and expansion. The 32-bit and 64-bit builds with either the KDE desktop (2.7 GB) or the Fluxbox window manager (1.8 GB) can be downloaded from SourceForge.
