During the night of July 17 to 18, this 31 -year -old Frenchman, an employee of the Bouygues group, had “been coldly killed by two individuals armed with automatic pistols (…) after a dinner in a restaurant” and while he returned home with a friend in the Marcory district of Abidjan, recalls the prosecutor.
They had been followed by the two men circulating on a motorcycle who stole “various objects”, but, before fleeing, one of them had opened fire, killing the young Frenchman, specifies-t -il.
An investigation for “voluntary homicide” was opened in Paris after this murder, entrusted to the central office for the repression of violence to people (OCRVP), said the Paris prosecutor’s office solicited by AFP on August 3 .
