Amos Kipruto won in 2 h 04 min 39 s, making the difference less than 5 kilometers from the arrival on the Ethiopian Leul Gebresilase (2 ^{e ) and on the Belgian Bashir Abdi (3 e ).}

Yehualaw won in 2 h 17 min 26 s in front of the title holder Joyciline Jepkosgei, who had herself ended the domination of Brigid Kosgei last year. The Ethiopian Alemu Megertu arrived third.
