The president of the National Assembly Yaël Braun-Pivet announces, in Le Parisien on Monday, September 26, the launch of a management training for parliamentarians in order to better understand the relationship with their employees.
Questioned by readers on the efficiency of the anti-harassment listening unit set up in the assembly, M me Braun-Pivet admits that “a deputy can sometimes have any requirements vis-à-vis its employees who go beyond what is reasonable “. For her, “parliamentarians are not necessarily used to managing a team of collaborators, they do not necessarily anticipate that their mission is also subject to a lot of political, psychological tensions, with sometimes complicated working hours”.
This training will be supplemented by the help of a coach that the deputy can freely request if he judges advice in his management, specifies the president of the assembly.
