Since this week, several swimming pools have already reopened, such as Limoges, Versailles, Clichy-sous-Bois, following an agreement with the communities. In some cases, such as Versailles, the town hall benefits the operator from the negotiated gas and electricity rate.

Pools, often heated to gas, are energy -consuming equipment. Of the 4,000 swimming pools in France, around 10 % are managed as a public service delegation. Some companies share this market, and Green Marine is one of the most important.
