The new Minister of Health stressed, Sunday, that regulatory texts will be published at the start of the week, concerning in particular “the revaluation of night work at the hospital from July 1, the procedures for remuneration for Liberal professionals mobilized for regulation in the Samu “.
The new Minister of Health, François Braun, said, Sunday, July 10, that he had examined the regional health agencies (ARS) to deploy the recommendations of the “flash mission” on the emergencies he had himself even diligent, before entering government.
With this “operational” toolbox “, the Minister of Health explains in a press release that:
“The territories have, until the end of September, a series of new levers to guarantee a response adapted to the health needs of the French. These levers make it possible to support new cooperation between professionals (…) ; to recognize the additional commitment of professionals to increase the treating time available; to support the arduousness attached to night work, especially in hospitals.
François Braun stresses that necessary regulatory texts will be published “in the first days of this week”. They concern for example “the revaluation of night work at the hospital from 1 er July, the remuneration methods of liberal professionals mobilized for regulation in the Samu”.
“Temporary” measures
These new measures “will be supported by an important communication campaign allowing the French to understand the new levers and better orient themselves in the health system,” added the minister. “In particular, educational messages will be disseminated to encourage the French to call 15 prior to any movement in the emergency room, in order to be better oriented towards a care offer adapted to their needs”.
For most, “the measures” are “temporary: except exceptions, their implementation has been validated as a derogatory, for a determined period of three months. But the Minister recalls that this” plan was “will do” The subject of an evaluation throughout its deployment “. The effect of measures” will be precisely measured (…), before considering, if necessary, their sustainability or their generalization by “traditional” mechanisms (texts regulations, conventional negotiations, etc.). “
On June 30, before being appointed minister, the emergency room, commissioned by Emmanuel Macron, had given the government of Elisabeth Borne 41 proposals to overcome a “high -risk” summer in emergency services.
The “Flash Mission” recommended “regulating admissions”, either with a “paramedical sorting at the entrance” of emergencies, or by a “systematic prior medical regulation” by the SAMU telephone standard. She also asked for budgetary efforts for hospital staff, with a revaluation of night work and bridges of July 14 and 15-August, as well as a bonus for the teams of psychiatric, pediatric and gynecological emergencies.
