First of all, “improve the orientation and information of patients”, in particular by encouraging the population to call the SAMU telephone platform, on the case of a problem and not to go systematically to the services emergency.

Then, the Prime Minister alerted to the need to “mobilize all health professionals”, which will include financial incentives for liberal doctors – an increase of 15 euros of consultations for the care of people who are not in their patients. The Minister also wants to allow pharmacists and physiotherapists to make acts that they did not do so far, such as renewing prescriptions for chronic care.

“Short-term responses”

The Minister also evokes the possibility of opening medical care houses on Saturday morning “to have a higher offer of care”, the desire to facilitate the steps for retired doctors who would like to mobilize this summer, or even Encourage the use of telemedicine, deemed “a good solution in the territories where there is a deficiency in the supply of care”.

Finally, in the hospital, M boundary says it wants to “encourage and recognize the difficult night working conditions”. For three months will therefore be experienced the doubling of the increases in remuneration for care of caregivers, as well as a 50 % increase in the remuneration of medical personnel.

“It was not a question of redoing an audit of the health system, insisted Elisabeth Borne in the face of journalists. But to see the tools available to health professionals for this summer.” From next week, agencies Regional health will be able to decline the “toolbox” of 41 proposals on their territories. But these “short -term responses” are only prefiguring the “substantive work” which will have to set up, territory by territory, to try to respond to the more general crisis of the French health system.
