Firefox: by default, COOKIE fully insulation mode includes

Mozilla announced on the default inclusion for all users of the COOKIE (Total Cookie Protection) mode. Previously, this mode was included only when opening sites in a private viewing mode and when choosing a strict mode of blocking unwanted content (Stickt).

The proposed protection method involves the use of a separate isolated storage for each site for cookies, which does not allow using cookies to track movements between sites, since all cookies exhibited from third -party blocks loaded to the site (iframe, JS, etc.) , tied to the site from which these blocks were loaded, and are not transmitted when accessing these blocks from other sites.

, as an exception, the possibility of a COOKIE cross -seite transmission is left for services that are not related to user tracking, for example, used for a single authentication. Information about blocked and permitted intersight cookies is displayed in the menu shown when pressed on the symbol of the shield in the address line.
