Panfrost driver is certified for compatibility with Opengl ES 3.1 for GPU Mali series Valhall

Collabora announced o certification CHRONOS Graphic Driver panfrost on systems with GPU MALI based on the Valhall microarchitecture (Mali-G57). The driver successfully passed all the CTS (Khronos Conformance Test Suite) set tests and was recognized as completely compatible with the OpenGL ES 3.1 specification.

Certification also opens the door for using the Panfrost driver in products that include the GPU MALI G52 and G57. For example, the GPU Mali-G57 is used in Chromebook laptops based on SOC MediaTek MT8192 and MT8195.
