The two men, suspected of the assassination of Argentinian rugby player Federico Martin Aramburu, in March, appear on Wednesday for another case, the aggression, in 2015, of Edouard Klein, a former leader of the GUD.
A trial in the shadow of another. Wednesday 1
Loïk Le Priol and Romain Bouvier, aged 27 and 31, are indeed indicted for the assassination of the former international of Argentinian rugby Federico Martin Aramburu, shot down of several balls on a sidewalk of Saint-Germain -Den in the early morning, March 19, after an altercation in a bar.
Back in 2015, October 8. Edouard Klein – Responsible for a time for the far -right group – organizes an evening at home. While the guests left, except one of his friends, a group of five men enters to lynch him, humiliate him and film the scene. According to a witness, Loïk Le Priol, present at the evening, would have communicated the address of the victim and would have returned with the group composed of Logan Djian – then head of the GUD -, Romain Bouvier, Kleber Vidal and Geoffrey Le Noir.
torture scene
Today aged 25 to 32, all five are sent to the criminal court for “aggravated voluntary violence” for three circumstances: in a meeting, under the threat of a weapon and with premeditation, all followed by A temporary incapacity for work greater than eight days – twenty -one days to be precise.
On the images recovered at the time and partly disseminated by Mediapart, we can in turn see or hear Logan Djian to slap Edouard Klein and threaten him to “cum”; Romain Bouvier ordered him to dance the naked macarena; Loïk le Priol strikes and terrorizes the victim, here by slipping a knife under his throat, there by threatening him to sodomize him or kill him if he does not undress faster. “You know that I stumbled more than one of the guys there, you know it,” says Loïk Le Priol, in reference to his military past.
The reasons for such a torture scene? Witnesses and defendants advance different explanations for investigators: Edouard Klein would have slapped two young girls from the nationalist environment, qualified Logan Djian as “balance”, or even delighted with a car accident that he had had with Loïk Le Priol … During his hearing, Edouard Klein says he does not understand and files a complaint the day after the facts, adding that if Logan Djian was the “natural leader” of the little band, Romain Bouvier and Loïk Le Priol were shown more vehement. The two nationalist activists, currently in pre -trial detention following their indictment for assassination, were not already in their first time.
