He was indicted on November 5, 2021 by a Paris investigating judge for “rape, rape and sexual assault of minors over the age of 15, corruption of minor” and abuse of weakness. Placed in pre -trial detention, he had immediately made a release request which had been rejected at the end of November by the Court of Appeal.

Several convictions

He had been sentenced for these facts to a year of suspended imprisonment on May 18, 2015 for corruption of minor. Jean-Luc Lahaye had also been sentenced in 2007 to 10,000 euros fine for sex with a minor of 15 years.
