This is the business in the case. Stolen, found in Italy, the Porte du Bataclan is now the subject of a bitter legal litigation. An appeal to the current cassation relates to the judicial restitution of the former rescue outcome, painted by the artist Banksy after the attack of November 13, 2015. Eight men aged 31 to 58 are dismissed on June 8 before the Paris Criminal Court for “theft and concealment in a meeting”, suspected of having participated in the flight, transport or transfer of the precious object in Italy, for reasons which have not been completely lightened. Suspected of having commanded the flight, an astonishing Lyonnais, rich in millions thanks to the lottery according to him, affirms that he was put before the fait accompli by his youth friends.

From the opening of the judicial investigation, two civil parties were formed in the criminal file, considering having suffered the prejudice of the flight of the Porte du Bataclan. On the one hand Daniel HABREKORN, representative of the family joint possession who owns the walls of the building in the performance hall. Author of collections of poems in the 1970s, adventurer and documentary maker, who became a host on Radio Courtoisie, Daniel HABREKORN, 76, led the renovation of the places in the early 2000s. Another civil party in the investigation file: Jérôme Langlet, director of the Lagardère group show branch, manager of the Bataclan exploitation company, and as such a tenant of the premises.
