An increase of 1,000 euros from the aid granted to households that replace a boiler powered by fossil energies by renewable energy equipment: it was one of the measures announced by the Government as part of the plan of Economic and social resilience presented on March 16, in response to the outbreak of energy prices.
This bonus comes into force for files filed from Friday, April 15, until the end of the year 2022, indicates an order published on 7 April. In practice, these 1,000 euros come to strengthen the assistance of Mainénov ‘, which already exists for this type of work – Mainénov’ being the main state aid financing the energy saving work of households.
To ask for this help, we can go to the sites France-renov.gouv.fr or Mainenov.gouv.fr . Are concerned both occupant owners and landlord owners.
Eligible equipment
Among the equipment to benefit from this bonus of 1,000 euros, there are the automatic power and manual supply boilers operating in wood or other biomass (such as straw, sawdust, bark). But also the heating production equipment and domestic hot water operating with solar thermal energy. As well as geothermal heat pumps, which recover the heat of the earth or groundwater, and the solarmic pumps, that is to say equipped with solar panels to capture the warmth of their environment.
The air-water heat pumps, which recover the calories of air to heat the water from the radiators, are also concerned.
If this 1,000 euros bonus is for most households, however, it is not intended for the easiest.
Households “Roses” excluded
Remember that the assistance amounts made by Mainénov ‘vary according to four categories of income, ranging from very modest, for income not exceeding 15,262 euros per year for a single person in the region and 21 123 euros in Ile-de-France, at the highest category, for households whose incomes are greater than 35,894 euros in the region and 38,184 euros in Ile-de-France.
The additional aid of 1,000 euros is intended for the first three tranches of revenue, represented in the dispatching system by three colors: yellow, blue and purple. The bonus stops thus to households that receive intermediate revenue – up to 29 148 euros for a single person in the region and 38,184 euros in Ile-de-France (for a single person).
