Nicolas Zepeda was sentenced on Tuesday, April 12, before the Doubs Court of Assises (Burgundy-Franche-Comté), twenty-eight years of imprisonment for the assassination, in 2016, from Narumi Kurosaki, 21 years old , his former Japanese girlfriend, whose body has never been found.

On the night from 4th to 5th of December 2016, “cries strident of women” had been heard by a dozen students “filled with fright” in the university residence where the young woman lodged. Since then, no one has more lively and heard. “These cries of terror of a woman who feels that she will die are those of Narumi Kurosaki. They came from the 106 room”, his, while she was there with Nicolas Zepeda, assured Monday the Advocate General, Etienne Coats. “Nicolas Zepeda stifled it,” he added.

According to the General Counsel, Chilean had premeditated his crime by buying a 5-liter fuel can and a match box before joining the Japanese young in Besançon. He had also carried out tracking around Dole (Jura) where, still according to Mr. Coats, Nicolas Zepeda has “immersed Narumi’s body in the Doubs”.
