The ex-elected ecologist has been placed in custody in the premises of the Personal Delinquency Prison Brigade (BRDP), as part of an investigation opened by the Paris Prosecutor’s Office, after the complaint of an ex-collaborator.
It had filed a complaint in November 2021, accusing Jean-Vincent placed on sexual harassment between 2012 and 2016. As it, former collaborators of ecologists have since been heard by investigators, according to sources close to the file.
Already convicted for sexual harassment
The collaborator accused him of having “affected the buttocks, in August 2015 in Lille, on the sidelines of the summer gathering of Europe Ecology the Greens (EELV). The second aggression would have occurred in mid-May 2016 in Seoul, during an official displacement of Jean-Vincent placed: in a car, the former State Secretary of François Hollande would have “touched deliberately [his] chest”.
Contact at the time of the opening of the investigation, Jean-Vincent placed said not to wish, “at this point, make any comment”. “I will answer, of course, to all the questions that would have been asked by the investigators,” he added.
