United States announces reopening of their consulate in Cuba

The American Consulate in Cuba will resume its activities, announced Thursday, March 3 Timothy Zúñiga-Brown, a business officer of the US Embassy in Havana.

“We are pleased to announce that the US Embassy in Havana will begin the limited recovery of certain visa services for migrants, as part of a gradual extension of the Embassy services” , declared the diplomat in the press.

In question, the “Havana syndrome”: supposedly “acoustic attacks”, of which his diplomats were victims at the US Embassy in Cuba. The US authorities affirm that at least twenty-four of them suffered, between the end of 2016 and August 2017, migraines, nausea and light brain injury, caused by them by advanced acoustic devices.
