Thierry Gaubert, former collaborator of Nicolas Sarkozy, was sentenced Tuesday 22 February on appeal to eighteen months of imprisonment and 300 000 euros fine for fiscal fraud and whitening, against three years in prison and 600,000 euros fine at first instance.
